- What is this site?
- HassleYOu is a fantastic tool which nags you. It nags you by email about things that you know deep down you should be doing, but that you're likely to forget!
- How often does it nag?
- You get to choose a rough frequency, but it actually nags you via email at random times within certain rules. It certainly keeps you on your toes!
- If I give you my email address, will you send me spam?
- No! We only ever send emails when someone (hopefully you) uses this site to create a hassle (i.e. we'll send you a "please confirm this Hassle" email), and to carry out the actual Hassling (i.e. the regular nag emails saying go the gym, write to your father, etc.). We will not sell your e-address to anyone, and we won't send you spam — ever — promise.
